The journey to motherhood can sometimes be a non linear one.

The process of trying to conceive can be challenging and full of ups and downs with each passing month. Infertility can result in feelings of worry and sadness and make one feel a lack of control or a sense of inadequacy or failure. The use of assisted reproductive technology (IUI, IVF, surrogacy) is often costly, time consuming and can feel like being on an emotional roller coaster.

Unexpected infant loss can be devastating and isolating to find others who can understand the process of grieving this major loss. In the postpartum phase, managing the stresses of caring for a new child, the sleep deprivation, the changes to lifestyle and relationships can take an emotional toll.

I also help parents navigate the process of conscious parenting- breaking past patterns of communication and interaction to be more effective, present and emotionally attuned to their children.
